Woody fragrance directions range from dry and clean to soft, warm and gently smoky. You might be drawn to the feeling of polished wood, a forest floor or the comfort of a cedar-lined drawer. These descriptions give a perfumer a sense of the texture you want, even if you have never chosen a perfume by its notes.
We use your preferences to develop two interpretations for testing. Notice how each sample changes from the first impression to the scent that remains later in the day. Your feedback helps us adjust the balance before the final sample. Specific materials and any associated price changes are discussed during development.

How long will my perfume take?
The process usually takes four weeks or more. Share any wedding, birthday or gift deadline at the start so the atelier can confirm availability and a suitable schedule.
How much does it cost?
Published starting prices are £80 for 10 ml, £140 for 30 ml and £190 for 50 ml, including consultation and development. Rare or costly ingredients may change the final price. Paired commissions are quoted separately.
